It was with great sadness that we heard of the death of Queen Elizabeth the Second, our longest reigning monarch and a fixture in all our lives. However much anticipated, such an event comes as a shock; particularly just two days after the Queen was seen performing one of her most important duties and appeared to be in such good spirits.

Chaotic Conservative Call-In
Liberal Democrats have attacked the Council's Conservative group for a chaotic challenge to the Labour decision to invest over £60m in a solar farm near Doncaster. The challenge was made at a specially convened Scrutiny Committee in the sweltering heat last Friday.
