We were given less than a month to consider proposed cuts - including changes to parking, recycling and library services which greatly impact south Warrington. Labour has agreed to earlier consultation with us next year.
When questioned about efforts to secure more government support, the Council's response was a resounding 'no'. Instead Labour chose to balance the budget by slashing £30.5 million in services.
